What if I want to add something to my order?
You can reach out to our Customer Service team through the app's Chat feature, and we'll do whatever we can to make sure you get all of the things you want.
What happens if my order arrives late?
Stuff beyond a rider's control can often cause a pause. If we become aware that your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, we will call you as soon as possible. Our team will work to get your order to you as soon as possible.
What happens if I'm not available when my rider arrives?
How do Delivery Fee work on Plus Shop App?
The lower your delivery fee, the closer you are to the restaurant. This enables us to equally compensate riders.
This allows us to provide you with 24-hour customer support and continue to improve the app.
What if I have allergies?
If you have any allergies and are worried about any items on the menu, please review the restaurant notes section of the menu and contact the restaurant directly for more details before ordering.Where that information is not available or if you have further questions, please contact the restaurant prior to ordering if you have an allergy.
