How does Plus Shop work?


Ordering on our marketplace should be done easily, you can use our website or App which is suitable for iOS and Android. At the top of the application or website add your preferred address in order to find shops around you. Select the shop you would like to order from and place the order. Once the order is placed the store will be notified and should accept the order immediately, you will receive an email confirming your order has gone through. Once the order is ready to go, one of our drivers will pick it up and deliver it to you.




What if something is wrong with my order?


From the moment you place an order until it arrives with you, we have a dedicated team that looks after your entire Plus Shop experience.
However, we accept that things can go wrong from time to time. If this is the case, you can contact our customer support team and report any problems using the Chat feature in the Plus Shop app. Alternatively, you can email us at support@plusshopapp.com or call us on

What if I want to add something to my order?


You can reach out to our Customer Service team through the app's Chat feature, and we'll do whatever we can to make sure you get all of the things you want.




What happens if my order arrives late?


Stuff beyond a rider's control can often cause a pause. If we become aware that your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time, we will call you as soon as possible. Our team will work to get your order to you as soon as possible.




What happens if I'm not available when my rider arrives?


Please let us know if you don't think you'll be at the delivery address in time to collect your order by using the Plus Shop Chat feature. If a problem arises once your rider arrives at your delivery address, your rider will make every effort to contact you. Our Customer Service team will attempt to reach you by phone and email if they are unable to do so. Please keep an eye on your inbox throughout the delivery process. If we are unable to contact you and deliver your order, your rider will wait up to 10 minutes before departing. You will still be paying with your order in this case. It's always a good idea to double-check your contact and address information to avoid this.




How do Delivery Fee work on Plus Shop App?


Fee for delivery
The lower your delivery fee, the closer you are to the restaurant. This enables us to equally compensate riders.
Some restaurants employ their own delivery personnel. The restaurant sets its own delivery fee in this situation.




Service charge


This allows us to provide you with 24-hour customer support and continue to improve the app.




What if I have allergies?


If you have any allergies and are worried about any items on the menu, please review the restaurant notes section of the menu and contact the restaurant directly for more details before ordering.Where that information is not available or if you have further questions, please contact the restaurant prior to ordering if you have an allergy.
